Senior Planning Consultant of the central PMO team. Validation of the sub-contractor monthly update (schedule, cost, resource, key milestone) to enable a timely update in the central PMO database. Primavera Technical Lead for the team, liaise with management stakeholders and also with contractors to ensure completion of monthly updates and any other ad hoc issues / requests.

• Optimize the sub-contractor data validation spreadsheet to improve the quality of the data inputted into central database.
• Create, generate and issue of key month end reports for all the main stake holders.
• Create reports from Primavera and also using Excel both on a regular basis and on ad hoc basis.
• Create Layouts, Activity Codes, Project Codes, Resources in Primavera as and when required.
• Auditing of monthly output against the sanctioned cost and dates to identify any unauthorized changes by sub-contractor and to verify that all the approved changes are captured.
