I worked as the sole planner looking after are the design & installation of the 11kV  Distribution Network (currently in the construction phase) & Low Voltage Distribution Networks  installation (currently in the design phase), for the whole of the Olympic Park. I later picked up the existing Heating & Cooling Network Distribution for the whole of the Olympic Park.

Key Responsibilities include producing outline programmes for design & construction phases based on key milestone dates for delivery. Ensuring that all scope elements, key phases and approval periods are captured in the programme. Manage programme interfaces (especially access) with other Projects on the Olympic Park. Progress update & reporting complete with phasing drawings, resources graphs & EV graphs. Assessing programme effects of Compensation Events and establishing entitlements to Extension of Time. Site Visits. Attending meetings with all Stakeholders as required. I also produced a paper outlining the Olympic Park position regarding EOT adjudication claim for the H&C network. I carried out Forensic planning works to determine the contractor’s entiltlement to EOT since 2007.  I assisted the Lawyers in preparing a submission for adjudication.
