Mobilised to “In-Kingdom” Engineering offices for the set-up and monitoring of In-Kingdom scope, responsible for the development of a complete re-plan for the Buildings Package FEED due to a major change in scope, including re-work of all document database, progress measurement systems and re-schedule in Primavera P6 (version 7), continuing after that with schedule update and progress monitoring and reporting for this unit until completion of FEED. Currently Responsible for the development of detailed EPC Schedule for Buildings in P6, including resource loading, participating in several constructability reviews with the Owner, presenting the developed schedule for discussion and further development. Also in charge of the development of schedule and progress measurement for beneficial engineering period prior to EPCm contract award.
