• Responsible for providing expertise and support to the Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Operations Manager and Project Managers to ensure effective delivery of project controls support services to the QLD operations group
• Responsibilities included maintaining the company Primavera database which required managing the company wide resource breakdown structure, including addition of new and deactivation of terminated resources; and maintenance of the Primavera database including enterprise project structure; organizational breakdown structure; global and resource calendars; cost accounts; resource role structures; the company timesheet system; and job services and administrative categories
• Analysis and dissemination of information and corrective actions at management forums
• Development of a standard project delivery methodology for the implementation of rail signaling infrastructure projects; developed and implemented procedures for the establishment and maintenance of project schedule & cost baselines, as well as effective control over project change management
