  • PMC services of Overall Cross-Country Pipe Line to Reliance Gas Pipelines Ltd. (India), for EPC Dhaej Nagothane Ethane Pipeline (DNEPL) consist of pipeline of 12 inch and combined length of 480 Kms. The project involves design & engineering, tendering & procurement, statutory approvals, material management, construction supervision, commissioning and project close-outs.
  • Reporting to Project Director.
  • Review and approval of Planning Documents (Schedules / Histograms / S Curve’s etc) of all projects.
  • Organizing and Leading internal business / project review meetings involving various dept.
  • Responsible for the preparation of High Level Management Reports such as Business Reports / Resource Rolling Forecasts / Overall all Cash Flow Projections / VOWD etc.
  • Responsible for the Overall Resource Management (Manpower & Plant) in the Company
  • Heading the Central Planning Dept. of the Company
  • Regular monitoring of Critical Path of Major projects, and schedule impact reports for the management
  • Evaluating Project Progress against Historical Indicators.
  • Coordinating with Engineering, procurement and other supporting depts. for the proper interfacing of project activities
  • Regular interaction with the clients and taking a lead role in resolving any issues on Planning, Schedules, extension of time (EOT) etc.
  • Responsible for Sourcing / Hiringof Manpower and Resources and proper deployment
  • Co-ordination with site planner & site construction engineers.
  • Coordination with site and head office and CCG office.
  • Review of daily progress reports of contractors.
  • Interaction with site team, project design team, client team & discipline Contractors.
  • Reporting to Client and generating status documents according to requirement.
  • Materials (inventory) follow-ups, consumption tracking, calculating monthly material requirement and raising indents to purchase department.
