September, 2015 - Engineering, Procurement & Construction Services of Cross Country Pipe Line to Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) India, for Pipeline Replacement Project of Ahmedabad Assets (PRP-AMD), consist of pipeline of 4, 6, 8, 12, & 14 inch and combined length of 248 Kms. The project involves design & engineering, procurement, material management, construction contractor, commissioning and project close-outs.
- Preparing Progress Report (DPR, WPR, MPR)
- Monitoring the project progress.
- Reporting to Client / Consultant and generating status documents according to requirement.
- Updating of overall schedule.
- Preparation of percentage progress.
- Preparation of monthly billing of procurement and construction work.
- Attending client / consultant weekly meetings for progress review.
- Site Welding, trenching & lowering.
- Interaction and follow up with client for the certification of above invoices.
- Coordination & interaction with procurement, QA/QC department and Material expeditors for the supporting documents for the invoices.
- Preparation of Amendments, Rationalization proposals.
- Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare variation reports if necessary.
- Certification of Sub Contractor’s billing & process. [Preparing MIS and updating and checking the final billing and reconciliation] in SAP.
- Materials (inventory) follow-ups. Drawing the MIS from SAP.
- Effective communication with client & consultant.
