Responsibilities:On Site: Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing project progress; Estimating/allocating required resources; preparing supply plans; Following up on work executed on site; determining and proposing corrective actions fordeviations from project schedules and resources; Performing quantity surveying and following up on invoices; Preparing cost estimates and annual budget studies; Utilizing Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Excel to generate reports; Closely monitoring labor mobilization and demobilization and equipment and materialdeliveries; Performing control activities for costs, logistics, and resources; Analyzing and evaluating contractors’ claims and preparing recommendations and Reviewing baseline schedules and progress status reports submitted by contractors andreviewing project budgets.Head Office: Preparing and reviewing baseline time schedules loaded with resources; Managing the time of the activities performed by ECG staff, either on site or at theHeadquarters; preparing tentative design time schedules during the Proposal Phase; Updating project milestones prepared during the Proposal Phase for the MobilizationPhase; issuing approved milestones to all project key personnel; assisting projectmanagers in the coordination between different project disciplines for the fulfillment oftime schedules; Updating time schedules on a bi-weekly basis to reflect project statuses; Developing detailed field schedules during the Construction Phase in cooperation withconstruction managers; Reviewing and following up on contractors’ schedules; Preparing progress reports with performance curves and charts; Supervising construction and handover to clients for a wide range of projects, includingresidential compounds, administrative buildings, airports, healthcare facilities, high-risebuildings, sports facilities, hotels, power plants, substations, and roads and; Preparing corrective action plans and following up on the implementation of procedures;analyzing and evaluating contractors’ claims; and performing tender evaluation
