1.     Working on the production line, manufacturing solid wood and engineered floorings, developing most economic and effective methods, establishing both production and finishing line procedures. Also, implemented quality control measures to ensure product consistency and durability.

2.     Supervising the supply and installation of floorings. Organize and schedule manpower, materials, tools and equipment needed to implement the installation methodology. Prepare daily report and acquire necessary work permit, overtime, inc.
