- Successfully integrate schedule between project team and operation team
- Acting as Senior Project Engineer to manage procurement and execution phase
- Single handedly come out with reporting format for offshore execution
- Leading a final documentation and handover from Oil Hub to Operations
Concept Selection Phase for Kamunsu East (KME) Project
- Co-chairing for SRA (Schedule Risk Analysis) Workshop and provide analysis to management for way forward decision
- Single handedly integrate schedule from 4 different contractor into 1 master schedule
Hook Up and Commissioning (HUC) of Kebabangan Topsides
- Successfully achieved 1st Gas milestones ahead of target date as a HUC team
- Successfully created a POB database for LQ and Accommodation Barge
- Proven to be an great assistance to CSR in term of work plan, execution, POB and vendor call out
- Provided schedule and cost analysis to Senior Project Manager for info and strategy for final claim by contractor and vendors
- Analyzed delay impact by vendor to encounter claim and variation order from them
Fabrication of Kebabangan (KBB) Topsides
- Analyzed EOT claimed by contractor and managed to reject their claim based on analysis on the schedule and progress report.
- Back-charged to vendor for their incompetency during execution using schedule analysis, progress report and daily tracking
- Successfully achieved Sail Away date on target with minimal punchlist
- Successfully compiling punchlist and outstanding work list for Project Manager to decide on sail away date
- Become a great assistance for Project Manager to forecast the completion of skidbeam repair work
