Planning and Scheduling Engineer, Chiyoda Corporation, QCS Project Construction of Train-6 & 7

Construction Planning & Scheduling Engineer for the Project Director of the entire joint venture project. Provides construction planning support to the project management team which includes but not limited to:

 

§  Monitor and evaluate subcontractor’s level-4 schedule.

§  Conduct periodic feasibility study to determine the schedule’s discrepancies to Chiyoda’s standards.

§  Monitor and evaluate contractor’s utilization of key quantity resources particularly in the work volume and manpower distribution.

§  Identifies schedule restraints and their effects on the total project schedule.

§  Work with all departments to ensure an understanding of the total project schedule needs.

§  Perform project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.

§  Prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between projects.

§  Calculate and prepare various comparison reports, charts and tables for project analysis.
