Lead the planning, development and coordination of project schedule for EPC US$ 615 million, 280 MW hydroelectric project involving construction of an asphalt faced rockfill dam, 15 km long headrace tunnel, 15 km long transfer tunnel, penstock, surge tank and powerhouse.

Track delay issues, analyze data and provide weekly & monthly reports to key stakeholders and the client.

Prepare delay claims and support preparation of claims by creating delay fragnets.

Validate daily site progress reports and incorporate updates into Primavera project schedule.

Perform What-If scenarios, critical path analysis and time impact analysis.

Prepare and issue schedule analysis narratives and reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

Interface with engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractors to collect updates.

Provide material requirement histograms to plant and production managers.

Analyze subcontractor schedules for completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with cost control department to establish budget and forecast.

Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with department managers for their input into project plan
