  • Development and maintenance of Project Control Schedule (PCS) in the Project Control (P6) database in accordance with appropriate procedures, guidelines and instructions.  Updated and progressed programmes at a minimum of 4 weekly intervals in line with Crossrail’s timetable of reporting
  • Ensured that project schedules accurately reflect the scope of the project in accordance with an agreed WBS and are of sufficient detail to enable project progress to be accurately monitored, reported and communicated
  • Agreed lower level schedules with task managers and contractors which can be summarized to accurately monitor and report progress against various elements and / or stages of the project and adequately reflected into the project control schedule
  • Arranged for progress review meetings to be held as necessary (minimum 4 weekly) with the project manager, task managers and contractors to review and validate project progress and performance.  Proposed agenda, structure and timetable for the meetings and ensured that they interface with Crossrail’s period reporting requirements
  • Conducted site visits and interfaced with contractors and site personnel as necessary to authenticate progress
  • Prepared project progress reports for review and validation by the project manager.  Identified variances from the project baseline plan and proposed corrective actions to minimise / mitigate delays.  Analysed trends and identified issues which may have a potential to affect progress and cause delays
  • Analysed and reported to Project Managers on the overall project activities and monitor project milestones and critical activities and identified potential problem areas in the Project’s Critical Items Action Report
  • Analysed trends (changes/compensation events) which may imply delay and propose any required corrective actions to ensure that projects are delivered to the required cost, time and value targets
