Anantara Palm Jumeirah Hotel and Tiara Residences Nakheel Properties, Dubai-UAE.

The Tiara Residence consists of 7 residential towers with 16 floors for each.

The Anantara Hotel (5 Stars Hotel-244 Guest room & 132 Apartments) and Podium Area.

The project area measured 266,000 m² and cost:  2.1 billion dhs.

During this project assignment my responsibilities included:

- Reviewing the construction schedule (15,000 activities) submitted by the contractor in order to issue the final formal approval.

-Monitor the Contractor's progress against programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

-On a weekly basis, critically review and comment upon the Contractors' Programs and Progress and reporting these findings in writing to the Project Managers.

-Monitoring the material and equipment procurement status.

-Preparing a suite of tools for the management and monitoring of the Project Program.

-Preparing Engineer’s Summary weekly and monthly progress reports covering various project aspects.
