Metronet (ASDT)                                                                                                     Project Planner

Working within the Atkins Station Design Team under Trans4m for Metronet (responsible for two thirds of the London Underground). Responsible for rescheduling station design dates, liaising with both the construction affiliate & Trans4m. Planner for BCV stations, all generic design & subsidiary works programmes (Train Crew, Fire Protocol, Tunnel Vent Fans & Inter-Station LV Mains), involved at all levels including liaising with Design & Project Managers, building baseline programmes, monitoring & reporting monthly progress producing dashboard reports as a snapshot to illustrate programme progress, EV’s & KPI’s. Tasked with evaluating resource requirements on a rolling 6month look ahead, extracting data from Microsoft Projects & Excel to calculate key project size resources.

Main Software used: Primavera P3, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Excel.
