- Project Control and monitoring of C3C contract under Changi water reclamation plant
- Review and analyze existing project plan and modify to fit the remaining works to be done on time using Primavera Project Planner P3.
- Consolidate all disciplines and construction phases in one programme and monitor as general or subprojects.
- Prepares report templates for activities that need to be refined and monitored according to the main project plan.
- Monitor project progress and highlight critical areas with extracted data from P3, graphic, charts to set priorities for Procurement, Design, installation and construction and commissioning activities.
- Co-ordinates and liase with managers, coordinators, engineers for the timely completion of milestones and critical activities.
- Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports to the client.
- Reports to the Senior Project Manager.
