Leading a team of four project planners to support the delivery of railway signalling projects for clients in Western Australia, including BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) and Rio Tinto. 

Primary project planning involvement on BHPs Port Headland Inner Harbour & Jimblebar Project (PHIHP) and previously on BHP RGP5. Working closely with project managers, project engineers and construction management to ensure realistic scheduling and accurate capture of progress, earned hours measurement and S Curve production, and payment claim analysis.

Developing scheduling processes and procedures to support the implementation of ISO9000.

Worked with Fortior Global to implement a hosted Primavera P6R8.1 solution and subsequent upgrade to R8.2. Established the database and associated dictionaries. As the Primavera P6 superuser I control user access and security, data maintenance, user support, supporting integration with Hard Dollar Estimation. Additionally rolling out the P6 Web user interface to project management teams.

Currently assessing business need for Acumen Fuse, Primavera Contract Manager and Progress Reporter with Fortior.
