Ø  Manpower Histogram acording to needs of project in peak time.

Ø  Making 2,3,4 Weeks LookAhead to monitor progress.

Ø  Updating daily progress to Mangerment by getting site feedback.

Ø  Submitting Weekly reports to Client.

Ø  Making Progress Invoice and submitting to Client.

Ø  Monitoring Progress and Project Requirement i.e Manpower and Equipment etc.

Ø  Perform delay analysis; and prepare recovery plan in coordination with discipline manager.

Ø  Leading weekly meetings with client.

Ø  Coordinate with departments and suppliers for the timely mobilization, arrangement and demobilization of manpower, material, construction equipment and tools.
