Specialized experience that includes experience that demonstrates knowledge of the principles, practices, and processes of Project Management/Project Controls. Along with my many other duties within the Nuclear Project Management department, I served as the departments innovation lead and have both my PMP Project Management Professional and AACE certifications. My background is diverse, and I excel at data gathering and analytics. I built the CENG Project Controls department including tools and processes for tracking and monitoring capital projects.  I have extensive knowledge in cost tools such as Ecosys, Deltek’s Cobra, Primavera P6, and Prism. More recently I was part of the team that evaluated and scoped Unifier for Exelon Nuclear’ s project management organization. I believe I would be an asset to you and your team and I look forward speaking with you more about this position.

 

  • 20+ years of cumulative home office and field experience in Project Management / Project Controls and project-specific, departmental and enterprise-wide budgeting in in the following business lines: Nuclear, Fossil, Government and Management Information. (Positions held ranging from senior cost and schedule engineer, cost and schedule supervisor, and most recently managing Constellation Energy's Nuclear Project Controls Department).

 

  • Extensive practical knowledge of the Project Controls and Project Management processes, tools and techniques, and how each process is applied to all phases of project execution.  Expert knowledge in managing project baselines, schedules & budgets; developing annual operating plans, business plans, conducting financial analysis & preparing financial statements, in-depth understanding and application of budget analysis, schedules, and cost engineering, scheduling management & procedure implementation, and earned value management systems (EVMS).

 

  • Well versed in the latest tools being applied across the industry, through standardization of processes, integration of scope, schedule cost data, and the automation of reporting. Allowing for best practices and real time analysis / insight to minimize variances and maximize profitability.
