April, 2009 - Manage and coordinate multiple sub-Projects to develop and maintain a fully integrated programme with all other Projects across the Olympic Park.
- Sub-Projects have included major civil works, road construction, water main replacement, utilities, and buildings & structures to enable major venue construction completion.
- Drive the business to ensure time and cost efficient delivery of key milestones, to exceed client targets.
- Manage over 60 Contractor programmes with total Contract value in excess of £300M.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with all stakeholders and have developed a superb Planning ethos throughout the Project and business with numerous initiatives and processes being implemented across all sectors.
- Completed two successful re-baselines through formal change process due to major scope additions.
- Manage team of planning support staff of various levels of experience.
- Financial reporting to the Executive committee on a monthly basis includes Earned Value, trend and risk analysis and key payment milestones.
- NEC Contract experience; produced planning support through all phases of bid from inception to close-out.
- Recently compiled process to successfully monitor remaining works until final handover to Games organizers.
- Appointed to work with poor performing Projects to ensure significant delay recovery achieved.
- Appointed Area Manager to coordinate works to Contract completion.
- Successful delivery of 4no major retail / delivery routes into adjacent Westfield Stratford City – the largest retail centre in Europe. Build included road construction, utilities, security fencing and equipment, retaining walls, vehicle screening areas, temporary buildings and services.
