Project Planning engineer

Responsibility:

  • Portfolio management- identifying, Prioritizing, Authorizing Projects.
  • Identifying the total work volume, Distribution of load, managing pool of resources.
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Risk analysis for the Project through out the life cycle, track monitor and manageall risks and uncertainties throughout the project.
  • Preparation of the master Schedule for the multiple Project.
  • Identify monitor and control Project Critical Path.
  • Manage Multiple Projects in Coordination with Planning Engineers.
  • Preparation, monitoring and tracking of Cash Flow and Budget utilization.
  • Coordination with Material Management for the tracking of PR and PO through SAP  
  • Coordination with the contractors during the Tender and Execution Stage.
  • Conduct Regular meetings with Project management Team, Material management & Contractors for better Alignment.   
  • Preparation of quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly management reports & briefs and presentations.
  • Site Progress monitoring and reviewing various progress reports from Contractor.
