September, 2013 - Analyze the scope of work of the projects and prepare the estimates accordingly for issuance of Purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and finalize cost control reports for the respective project for management review.
- Prepare Cost and Revenue accrual reports for the assigned projects.
- Prepare project status reports quarterly for submission to corporate.
- Analyze Change order requests from Client and prepare summaries related to additional works.
- Monitor and control project total expenditure including verifying of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor Direct and Indirect Man-hours spent on project and immediately inform the Project Manager any deviation from the planned Man-hours.
- Ensure proper allocation of costs keeping in view the original control budget.
- Create Cost Breakdown Structure for the respective projects and ensure that CBS is aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure.
- Upload CBS in SAP module for Project Control.
- Coordinate and work with Project Management team to resolve project issues.
- Contribute to Monthly Financial reports for submission to client.
