Ways to Link activities

I have more than 1000 nos of TILOS activities. Kindly suggest an easy way for linking those activities. Our usual way of using Links & Constraints tab to add predecessor by clicking on the '+' icon and add from the list is consuming lot of time.

Also, since no. activities are more, prcatically its not possible to draw link lines in time distance view.

Hence, Kindly suggest any alternate solution for this?

Distance Histogram

While showing qunatity hisotgram along the distance scale, the graph shows double the times of actual quantity. For example, if my activity qty is 378 cum, the graph shows the cummulative qty as 756 cum. Kindly anyone help me sorting out this issue.

Multiple Integrated Views in TILOS

Do anybody have idea about how to use multiple integrated views in TILOS.

I am sharing my issues faced here,

I tried creating more than one intergated view, but they are interlinked and whatever changes I make in one view is getting reflected in the other view also.
I am not able to provide 2 different task list for both respectively.

Tilos 8 Working Window

Hello,

In Tilos Manual under Global Concept there is a section talking about Splitting the Working Window to show different parts of the plan and each partial view has its own horizontal and vertical scrollbars. However, it doesn't tell how to do this step by step.

Can anybody please advise?

Link lines in Time Distance View

In the project which I am working on, most of the activities have more than one predecessor/successor links(usually 5+). Also, no. of activities is 1000+. If I link all of them, the time-distance view looks much clumsy and there is no clarity of schedule presentation. But, none of the links are avoidable as it will affect the dpendency logic behind the schedule and future updation of the schedule will also be a cumbersome one. Is there any option available to make some of the link lines invisible.???

I am fresher for TILOS based Project scheduling. Could anyone help with a getting started manual or how to learn TILOS 8. I have TILOS 7 manual, but most of the screens and comments are different for both. Kindly hlep
