Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Vignesh,

the Tilos exchange module between Tilos and MSP or Primavera is included free of charge with the demo version of Tilos; otherwise, you have to purchase it separately.

To create an import/export profile:

Click New, then Edit, check the Library Data items you want to select fields in for export, then click the red check-mark on the right side of the combo box, and select the fields you want to be exported

Click OK twice when you are finished, give the profile a name; possibly save the profile if you want to use it with other projects, as by default the profile will only be available in this particular project

Click Finish to export.

Hope this helps,

Alexandre

Alexandre,

Thanks for your response. But, I need detailed steps as I'm facing issues with profile creation etc., Also, I am not getting the TILOS exchange macro in MSP2013 as we get in MSP2010.

Vignesh,

Go to File, Export; then select the second option: XML

Define the destination file, or click Clipboard; the select the xml file containing the export scenario, i.e. the files you want to export.
