Creating & monitoring programmes using ASTA PowerProject from tender stage to construction stage including short term, finishing, as-built & procurement programmes Ensuring critical path & float are easily identifiable for all stakeholders and relationships, durations and logic is evident Providing site team with daily, weekly and monthly reports along with activity monitoring & progress charts Reviewing & analysing contract documents at tender stage to compile accurate tender programmes incorporating labour resources & materials
