Lead/ Senior Planning Engineer on the Brae Alpha Rig Reactivation Project preparation for decommissioning, (brownfield) • Achieved a fully integrated plan for Marathon combining the scopes for Archer Drilling and Petrofac. This covered the delivery of engineering, procurement, onshore equipment refurbishment, fabrication, offshore piece small destruct, stick build equipment installation, loop checking commissioning. This involved setting work break down structure, reporting structures & formats and integration with the platform schedules.

Commissioning & Startup Planner, Primavera P3, MARATHON OIL, ALBA Gas Plant

Responsible for the development of a system-based commissioning and start-up plan for a new Gas Plant in EG. The first stage included Power Generation, Gas Compression and Injection packages along with associated utilities (Flare, Drains, Air and Utility Water etc). The second stage involved commissioning of a new Gas Plant and LPG Storage tanks.

 Commissioning activities were resourced to provide manning requirements and progress reports by manhours.
