I am an experienced project and programme manager and in more recent years I have been involved with practical project management training design and delivery. I am recognised for my expertise and infectious enthusiasm in helping and supporting individuals and teams at all levels to define, design and implement projects and programmes in pursuit of company goals and strategy.

My company specialises in the delivery of experential applied learning for project management where the focus is on learning by doing using a universal practical approach to project management that transforms knowledge gained from PM accreditations into real world business outcomes.

I am very passionate in all that I do and that is demonstrated by actions both within the training room and through managing projects, consulting and coaching others. I am very enthused about raising the standards of project management with commercial and customer focus to deliver a business benefit.  I am very self motivated, well organised and a supportive manager and team member used to working with senior managers and managing staff directly or via matrix teams.
