Program / Project Controls Systems Implementation: From requirements engineering through to data systems creation or start-up, process/procedure development, report development (for use at all levels from strategic business planning at board level to day to day reports for work-site personnel), and roll-out to teams. These systems can be completely bespoke; ‘off the shelf’ industry standard applications or the integration of multiple existing data sources into one.

Performance and Controls Director – Water Business Group

Management and continuous improvement of an integrated approach to program and project controls throughout the $1.4bn (annual) Water Business Group (WBG), covering the functions of planning/scheduling, cost management, estimating and document management and economic modelling.

Direct responsibility for over 80 staff and wider functional accountability for all WBG Project Controls staff across the world. Management of multi-million dollar annual overhead budget.

Supporting and developing Program Management (including portals), Cost Management and Project Controls software and tools for the WBG in conjunction with CH2M Hill corporate efforts.
