KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Introduced ‘area based continuous work flow’ planning for finishes.  A new concept that will revolutionise finishing trades control on projects.  An adjunct to lean construction.
  • Successfully produced accurately forecast completion dates at 35-40% progress, in direct contrast to forecasts of site PM, CM and BM.
  • Completed standardisation of planning procedure including computerised planning reporting.
  • Trained cadets and PM’s in benefits and techniques of planning and introduced weekly statusing, resulting in accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Implemented controls that enhanced reporting KPI’s, projected and forecast completion dates.
  • Introduced procedures that allow planning comparisons between contract, target and weekly statused programmes.  This allows direct comparison with original tender or contract programmes with new schedules.  As a result trade performances are easily reviewed.
