Ä Support Project Development Team identifying and planning project activities.
Ä Prepare and keep updated the overall projects master schedules and budgets.
Ä Prepare detailed schedules and cost control sheets for specific projects.
Ä Track the activities execution progress and share performing the earned value analysis.
Ä Review the contractors monthly updated schedules together with the submitted invoices.
Ä Verify the work progress status, allocate costs to the right cost elements & approve the invoices.
Ä Assure developing & maintaining timely, objectively & transparently all cost reports, annual, monthly, flash & closeout progress reports, management reports, general assembly & external authorities reports & presentations.
- From November, 1st 2002 to January, 31st 2003 - Nile Delta Gas Fields – Abu Madi & From May, 1st 2002 to October, 31th 2002 - Sinai Oil Fields – Abu Rudies
Ä 9 months site-based assignment to set-up a historical database for the closed projects, collect, handle and insert all available data and make various statistics for the purpose of having lessons learned and projects control template for the new projects.
- From November, 11th 2001 to April, 30th 2002 - Cairo Head Office
Ä Receive and deliver the contractors invoices from/to the Financial Department.
Ä Register and track the invoices approval cycle and prepare the relevant status reports.
Ä Feed the cost control system with the needed data to update the monthly cost report.
Ä Create SAP call-offs and service tickets and prepare SAP status reports.
Ä Update the status of the project awarded contracts and issue the relevant financial reports.
Ä Assist in the update of projects schedules and prepare relevant status reports.
Assist in the preparation of the projects annual report and general assembly.
