Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I just posted a new blog article titled “Why Won’t We Recognize the Value/Cost of Time?” This article discusses how blind our entire project management profession is (including PM software!) to the critical need to estimate what the cost is of late completion – but even more important, what the value is of early delivery!

The article goes on to specify a brief list of ways that shorter project duration almost always adds value to the sponsor/customer. It explains why, if a project is one of the relatively rare exceptions to this rule, it’s all the more important that the project team recognizes this fact!

You can find the article here.
