Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

The weekend is here and several people have let me know that they liked the Weekend Puzzler feature on my blog . So here it is again: this time a multiple choice quiz, with answers and explanations below.

This exercise is about computing the expected monetary value (EMV) of an enabler project within a larger program and, most important from the project team’s viewpoint, computing the value/cost of time (which is vital in order to compute the critical path’s drag cost and to optimize the schedule on the basis of the value of the expected benefits!).

Have a great weekend!
