Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

How to organize the table of contents in a construction management proposal?

This is my draft, pl suggest some new ideas (such as use people as the heading etc)

  • Planning & Programming
  • Contract Procurement
  • Cost Control
  • Site Safety & Health
  • Site Administration
  • Plant & Equipment
  • Quality Control
  • Coordination of Project Stakeholders
  • Design Coordination

Financial Proposal maybe as well?

Construction Management proposal should also include Document Control, Risk Management, Quality Assurance and an Organization Chart of key staffs which may include qualification and experience of your key personnel. The other part is the commerical proposal.
