(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.
Hello Guys
As simple as this question may seem I’m new to Primavera P6.
I’m trying to add resources to an activity, to reduce the activity duration. For example, it takes 1 man 10 days to build a wall, however if I add another man to the activity (2 men) it would take only 5 days to build the wall.
The problem I’m incurring is that my activity duration is not reducing. I guess it a setting that needs to be changed, so could you kindly please advise where I’m going wrong.
