(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

What is difference between a Project baseline and a Primary baseline? Are the assigned seprately or together? When to assigne a Project baseline and when to Primary baseline?

Dear,
Project baselines are default baselines which can be used as the initial baselline when you first start to update your project.
This baseline will apear by default in all the other users login also.you should always keep this as your baseline if you have only one baseline to maintain.
On the other hand primary/secondary/tertiary baselines can be considrered as user specific baselines.
these baselines are used where you will have to maintain 2 or more baselines for your comparision and analysis.
these user baselines will not appear in other users login when you are refering to the same project.
