Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Guys,

A lot of folks have found this useful so I thought I'd post it here. This a list of the Hot Key commands available in Primavera P6. There are differences between the client server version (affectionately known as the “fat client”) and the Web Access version so you can download them separately if you like (no registration required...just download).

The one undocumented shortcut that I've never seen listed anywhere is Ctrl+Tab.  When a summary line is selected, pressing Ctrl+Tab will expand or collapse the selected summary line.
