Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello P6 experts,
is it possible to reset the Spending Plan and Benefit Plan entries in the Project Detail form, Spending Plan tab to Zero?
when I enter a new value, it is added to the existing one, e.g. 170 + 1 = 171, 170 + 0 = 170
I have already set to Zero all the values at the wbs level.

You have to check the Project Detail Tab-> Spending plan if any value is assigned. If Project level is selected and Spending Plan tally has value then the value is on WBS but if the spending plan has value then it is on Project level. The faster way to check is showing the column of Spending Plan and Spending Plan Tally at WBS window.

Alexandre,
Spending Plan and Benefit Plan entries are available from EPS, Projects up to WBS. You should be able to remove the entries each month. You have to check from EPS -> Project to WBS of which entries have value to zero out.
