Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

This is too much

I started working on P3 in 2006.

When i went for training, i was trained on p5 in 2007.

When i switched job in 2008, p-6.0 was already launched.

When i purchased primavera for my company it was p-6.2.

Now that i am trying to get going with pp-6.2. they have launched p6 version 7.

this is too odd.

how much is difference between p-6.2 and p6ver7??

Hi Ronnel,

1) U can purchase Paul Harris Book:

Title: Project Planning & Control Using Primavera P6

Approx Cost: AUS$ 125/-

Where to get it: www.eh.com.au

This is the only worth book to purchase in the market for P6 as of now. There r few more but not worth.

OR Else

2) U can download primavera’s manual online

http://ftp.primavera.com/docs/6.0/ConstEng/

OR

3) or latest P6 v7 version manual from oracle’s website
www.edelivery.oracle.com

Cheers,
