Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello all,
does somebody have a significative experience with Primavera WA?
Oracle-Primavera sales in France push WA as the "we can do it all" solution, including Primavera administration; they say WA will sooner or later replace Primavera desktop client for everything.
Is it also possible to create tabular and graphical reports from within Primavera WA, or do I have to create tabular reports using the desktop client?
Thanks for your help,
Alexandre

There are two show-stoppers for my clients that prevent them using web access:

You can only open 15,000 activities. This is way short of the requirements.

The minimum granularity that you can view role requirements is one week. ALL my clients require to know daily/shift resource requirement, not weekly role requirement after you have summarised the project.

I heard that as well, I had been working on the installation of P6.7 WA, and you bet, just the installation alone, is such a pain in the a**. If it’s gonna be like that, then it’s being user friendly is highly doubtful. I am just keeping my fingers crossed.
