Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Izam,

You must have cost loaded in your programme. Besides, "Physical % Complete" doesn’t roll-up in the summary band, but there is a workaround.

Try to convert your Budgeted Units into Cost by just assigning Price/Unit to the Resource.

Likewise, there is a workaround to convert your "Physical % Complete" into "Performance % Complete" and will roll-up in the Activity & WBS Windows If you have assign Cost to your Task.

Regards,

Arnold

Hi Izam,

Physical % complete will not roll up to WBS summary,my advice is do on excel manually.Try to use Duration&Units percent complete,it will roll up to WBS summary.

I hope it will help...

Best regards,
Arnel
