(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear All,


As per my activities , I have calculated my total cost of the project . Now I want to allocate monthly spending plan. But when I open spending plan tab , I see in dates columns as 9dec/10jan/10feb--- 1odec then 11jan ----- 11dec. I want that date should come as 1jan-31jan , 1feb-28feb , 1march-31march and so on so that I can put my planned spending expenditure in it . Is it possible? Is there not any tab to allocate budget on monthly basis ?

Hi Rohit,

By default, the format of the dates always 09-Jan, 09-Feb so o and so forth. It is understood that the dates covered from 01-31 Jan 09.

Sir,

But there will be any method to change format of these dates. By default how it is taking 10jan , 11feb amd so on. Can not we make it as 1jan , 1feb , 1 march and so on?
