Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am struggling hard to find how to get S-curve for earned value labour units for different resources, like, boiler maker, fitter, etc.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

i think it’s unclear if Ijaz wants the resource curve to show up for each assignment or if they want the resource usage profile. it seems to me he wants the histogram of resource usage.

try clicking on the resource usage profile button, then be sure to adjust the display options so that it will show the current project resources. then pick one and it will show the "s-curve" as a bar chart on the right.

Salah,
Thanks for the reply. But what you have mentioned is missing in Version P5. If you also have version P5 then you can look what I am talking about.
Thanks

Ijaz,

For particular resource "S" curve, please follow the steps,

> Choose project
> Resource assignments
> Select the resource assignment to which you want to assign a resource curve.
> To display curve column, click the display options bar
> Choose columnns customize
> Select curve from the general group and add it to the selected list

I hope this will help you and research for printing options.

Do a search on ’s curves’ in pp, there should be enough info on the threads to help.
