Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

can anyone tell me is there any way to give password to PRX file or P3 file

alternative

In P3, assign the project to a particular user only, remove all the rest users including "everyone" then backup the project into PRX with option "NOT remove" access right.

Only assigned user can open the file.

Not possible, u can only put restrictions or access rights from within P3.
If u want to put a password on the prx file, u have to compress it and put a password through the compression software (winzip or winrar).
