Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello planners,
I am trying to print a 14000 activity project with the activity description being labelized at the rightmost side of the bar
A good number of activities does not display the label on the print preview screen or when printing as a PDF file
I tried both a Dell laptop with 512 Mb RAM and on a Compaq desktop with 1.5 Gb RAM, both running Windows XP SP2
Can somebody help?

Hi Alexandre - have you checked your page set up for the fitting of the timescale per page? This may be forcing your bar labels not to ’fit’. cheers, Omar
