Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Does anyone know about a software that will allow personnel without Primavera on their computers to view schedules? Have a number of projects on-going and would like to share the schedules for viewing without the hassle of saving as a PDF file.

The web publishing included in 6.1 does a perfect job, EXCEPT my clients are as old as I am. That means they cannot read unless they can hear the rustle of paper.

Any attempt to distribute information electronically in a format that can be used as a working document has to first ask the 20th century question "will they have to print it out?"

If they have to print it out - not much to beat Acrobat.
If they just need to view it - P6.1’s web publishing is first class AND FREE!

P3 is so over.
