Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Pals,
I searched almost all the thread to get a clear cut idea of differences and similarities between P3 V3.1 & P5. I have got just vague picture !! i need just as simple like P5 Advatages 1,2,3.... Dis-advantages 1,2,3.. P3 3.1 Advatages 1,2,3.... dis adavtages 1,2,3... to present to my boss we may go for P5.

Advantages of P5
In general users friendly tool.

others,

Easy to use WBS
Export/import enhance
Easy to input resources and logic
Claim Digger within the menu
Check for errors in the menu toolbars
Good Graphic report.
Undo. and lot of others....

P3 disadvantage, it will not be supported by next year, meaning and maybe it will not run to the next version of windows.
