Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

while updating the schedule/ activities/milestones thru Primavera Post Office, the prd file is not organised in the same way as if on the screen. which makes it difficult for discipline engineers to identify & update.
Any suggestions on that

I do agree with that, but the way in which the discipline engrs are accustomed to (Organised as Unit-->Area-->type--> ). This becomes confusing for them.
this sort of organsing capability is not available in Post office.

I think it depends on the grouping, sorting order when creating the dataset. Post office cannot change the created order.
