Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello friends,

Thanks to all. Meanwhile i tried another method. For an activity without a successor the late finish date will be project finish date, so i applied a filter having late finish = project end date.

Thanks

and one additional tip

open column for predecessor and successor,

then make a new activity code field

then code all the activities that have blank fields and and then run a filter on the codes, vola you have it

Insert a new column for predecessor and successor and then apply global change and then filter open end activities.

Without having a column for predecessor and successor,u can’t filter.

This is only remedy of your problem.

You need to open predecessor and successor colums.
Reason is you might have a finish milestone and this is only way to pick it up.

what happenning friend...why dont u open one column for successor, from there u can see. Make one column and mark "any name" the activities by copy or using global change. after that u can filter.
