Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Checked with IT Dept. I need a new mouse with scrolling device. Currently, I’m using a normal mouse with left and right click buttons only.

Anyway thank Daya.

Sukumar,

You check first whether you are using scrolling mouse device?. If your answer is yes, then check with whether this installtion clash with previous installed mouse driver in the control panel->system properties(in Windows XXX.

Hello Kevin,

Download & install Microsoft Intellipoint 4.1 software, i hope this will resolve your problem. It works well for me in Windows 2000 environment.

Cheers!!!
