Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi guys,

Can you all please advice what is the best way of including overheads(i.e insurance, waste removal,programme etc).
Some of the temporary work can be included as an activity and cost can be loaded to it.How about the rest.

For some items like assurance, management, and all other kind of indirect costs I put a lot of time in hammocks or Wbs activities, that were summarizing the project.

As You load them depend from the kind of contract Lump sum, reimbursable, etc...

The temporary works depend from the level of the schedule and teh kind of t.w.
Normally should be part of the activity costs, so must be in the activity.
