Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Friends

Suppose you have an activity A .

whose early dates are

Early Start  1 Apr 11

Early Finish  30 Apr11

Whose Late Dates area

Late Start 25 April 11

Late Finish 10 May 11

Now we are at 1 may , as per ealry dates your  planned progress must be 100 % while the  activity is 90% complete. This shows that it is delayed , now we want to use float then how to calculate planned progress  ?  so as not to show that we are delayed

Thankyou

Typically you would plot 3 progress curves: planned (early), planned (late) and actual/forecast.

This is often called a "banana graph"
